Prep Guide - Milestone Session

You probably already know this but I get excited about every single session that I do, I absolutely love my job.
This guide is your go-to for what to expect in your session and how to prepare so we can get the best possible photos of your bubba. I hope this guide answers any questions or hesitations you have but if there’s anything else, please let me know. I’m here to help.

Studio Location
My home studio is at 28 Tetta Street, Augustine Heights, 4300. You’re welcome to park in the driveway.
How to prepare
Sleep + Food = Happy Kids.
I will always try and schedule your milestone session around your little ones naps so we can have them as happy as possible. It’s also a good idea to make sure they have a full tummy. We all can get a little hangry 🤪.
What to bring
Bring with you what you usually would when leaving the house with your baby. I provide clothes for your bub but if you have a cute outfit or 2 feel free to bring those along. If there is a particular toy that your baby loves that you think might help us get some smiles, pack that too.
The Session
My sessions are super relaxed. I’ll get a variety of photos of your baby with a few different natural minimalist props. I encourage you to get in some photos too. I’ll guide you on exactly what to do. You’re welcome to borrow a dress from the client wardrobe (see below) just let mw know ahead of time so I can have it steamed and ready for you).

Dress 6 (White, One size fits most) Very sheer, nude or white underwear recommended. Best for Maternity Sessions for exposed bump photos.

Dress 9 (Cream, One size fits most) Nude underwear recommended.

After your session
After your session, you'll receive a beautifully curated gallery of the best images within 2 weeks, all with a base edit to help you choose your favourites. Once you've selected your 10 images, I’ll carefully retouch each one to perfection so you’ll receive timeless, polished photos you'll cherish forever. You’ll have these one week after making your selections.
There is an option to purchase the whole gallery of images (30+) but no obligation of course.
